Reel Talent is the “anti-agent.” We don’t charge 8% or 10% of your salary.
 

Using our service, you will be coached by someone who is actually in the business. You will receive constructive feedback to use in your day-to-day reporting or anchoring.
 

It’s also our job to fine tune a reporter or anchor’s skills and send them off -- with a great tape -- to get a new job. You can choose simple feedback sessions, choose to have a resumé tape created for you or a combination of both. We use content that you send in, to create the right tape for you to use in your job search.
 

Our company was founded by Ed Drantch, anchor of the two-time Emmy Award winning “Good Morning Buffalo". Drantch is also a full-time investigative reporter. Coaching has become one of Ed’s passions. Helping reporters and anchors take their game from green to great is personally rewarding and fulfilling.
